Our Process
Step One: Consultation
After our initial phone consultation where we get to know one another and discuss your event, we will send a proposal covering the services you are looking for.
Step Two: Venue and Vendor Selection
If you don’t already have a venue selected, we will suggest several venues that meet your criteria and go with you to the appointments.
Step Three: Planning & Design
Time to meet with the creative vendors so they can develop customized proposals for you. You will be presented with a comprehensive design
Step Four: Production
Time to make your final decisions! You will sign your vendor contracts and they will begin production on
your event.
Step Five: Final Planning and Celebration
About three months prior to your event, we will begin to create detailed schedules and timelines for each member of your vendor team.
We will ensure the day is running smoothly and ensure that you will enjoy your day as much as your guests will(or maybe more!)
